Felt very safe at this property, beds were super comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Really like the set-up of the rooms, convenient seating options all around the room.

It was close to our game, enjoyed the security measures and appreciated the available parking even if it cost, it was convenient

Great hotel, great area, but could’ve been cleaner. Shower ceiling also had peeling paint. Hotel staff and valet was very friendly.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and modern and up to date. We reserved a small room but it was just fine for my wife and me. The location was just a few minutes drive to U Pitt campus and much less expensive that hotels on or near campus. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was OK, but not overly friendly. Something to work on. One thing we loved, and I can’t overstate this, was the TV was set up to select the guest’s favorite streaming service with their own user account snd password so we could watch one of our favorite shows. This should be standard everywhere! Overall I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I love the hotel decor and offerings.
